  • Our estate grown 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were carefully hand picked and harvested at the peak of ripeness, then aged 22 months exclusively in French oad barrels before bottling. Aromas of strawberry, black pepper, and chocolate continue through mid palate with a lingering spice finish.
